Section 23-2005 - Holiday Hours

(a) A license holder, other than a holder of a Class A license, may sell alcoholic beverages authorized by the license at all times on January 1. (b) A holder of a Class A beer, wine, and liquor license may sell beer, wine, and liquor on December 24 and December 31, from 6 a.m. to midnight regardless of the day of the week on which December 24 and December 31 fall.
