(a) In this title: (1) (i) the definitions in § 1–101(b) through (y) and (aa) through (hh) of this article apply without exception or variation; and (ii) the definition of 'restaurant' in § 1–101(z) of this article applies, subject to § 24–104 of this subtitle; and (2) the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) 'Board' means the Board of License Commissioners for Kent County. (c) 'County' means Kent County.
