A Class C per diem beer license, a Class C per diem beer and wine license, and a Class C per diem beer, wine, and liquor license may be issued, for a period not exceeding 3 days, to a: (1) religious, fraternal, civic, veterans’, or charitable organization, association, club, or society; or (2) hospital supporting organization.
