Section 25-1610 - Motor Fuel Restrictions

(a) Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, the Board may not issue a license for use in an establishment that sells motor vehicle fuel to motorists from a fuel pump on the site. (b) The Board may renew a license that has been issued for use in an establishment that sells motor vehicle fuel to motorists from a fuel pump located on the site if the license was in effect on January 1, 1989.
