Section 25-1702 - Hearing and Notice Requirements

(a) Before an application for a transfer of a license is granted, the Board shall: (1) schedule a public hearing; and (2) cause the posting of a suitable notice of the hearing in a conspicuous place on the premises described in the application. (b) The notice required under subsection (a) of this section shall: (1) specify the class of license subject to the application and the time, date, and place for the hearing; and (2) remain posted for at least 30 days before the hearing.
