Section 25-1806 - Renewal of License for Premises With Nonconforming Use

(a) Subject to subsection (b) of this section, the Board may renew a license that the Board previously issued for premises on which a lawful nonconforming use exists. (b) The Board may not renew a license that is less restrictive than any license that the Board previously issued for the premises.
