Section 25-604 - Class D Beer License

(a) There is a Class D beer license. (b) (1) Subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, the license authorizes the license holder to sell beer at retail at the place described in the license for on– and off–premises consumption. (2) A license may not be issued for, for use in conjunction with, or on the premises of: (i) a bowling alley, billiard hall, or drugstore or a restaurant located in a bowling alley, billiard hall, or drugstore; or (ii) a premises that has a passageway providing direct public access to a bowling alley, billiard hall, or drugstore or a restaurant located in a bowling alley, billiard hall, or drugstore. (c) The annual license fee is $250.
