Section 26-1010 - Equestrian Center Restaurant License

(a) In this section, 'Commission' means the Maryland–National Capital Park and Planning Commission. (b) There is a Class B–ECR (Equestrian Center restaurant) beer, wine, and liquor license. (c) The Board may issue the license to the Commission on the application and qualification of the Commission. (d) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor by the drink for on–premises consumption in the Commission’s Equestrian Center restaurant by the license holder or a private concessionaire under contract with the license holder to operate the licensed premises. (e) Profit from the sale of beer, wine, and liquor by the license holder may be for the use of the Commission. (f) The license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor during the hours and days as set out for a Class B beer, wine, and liquor license under § 26–2004 of this title. (g) The annual license fee is $2,420.
