Section 26-1410 - Refund of License Fees

(a) Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, a refund of any part of a license fee is not allowed. (b) (1) A license fee refund may be made on the death of the license holder before the license expires. (2) A personal representative may apply for a refund.
