Maryland Legal Code
(a) There is a Class B–RD (revitalization district) license. (b) (1) The Board may issue the license to an applicant that: (i) is located and remains in: 1. a designated Maryland main street with a local management authority; 2. a designated revitalization area; or 3. an area with a revitalization plan that has been adopted locally; (ii) has gross sales: 1. that do not exceed $150,000 per year; and 2. of which at least 80% are derived from the sale of food; and (iii) is primarily a restaurant at which customers are seated to eat. (2) The license authorizes the holder to sell liquor at retail for on–premises consumption in any premises licensed for Class B–RD sales. (c) The hours and days for sale are as provided in § 26–2005(h) of this title. (d) The Board shall determine the number of licenses to be issued. (e) The annual license fee is $725.
