Section 26-2007 - Changing and Reducing Hours of Sale in the 24th and 25th Alcoholic Beverages Districts

(a) This section applies in the 24th and 25th alcoholic beverages districts of the county as described in § 26–1603(f) and (g) of this title. (b) The Board may change the closing hour and reduce the hours of sale of a license holder if the Board: (1) receives a complaint concerning the licensed premises; and (2) makes the change after holding a hearing on the complaint. (c) Under Subtitle 24 of this title, a party may seek judicial review of a decision of the Board made under this section.
