Section 26-403 - Class 7 Micro-Brewery License

(a) This section applies to a Class 7 micro–brewery license in the county. (b) The license may be issued only to the holder of: (1) a Class B beer, wine, and liquor (on–sale) license that is issued for use on the premises of a restaurant located in the county; and (2) a Class D alcoholic beverages license that is issued for use on the premises of the existing Class D license located in the 22nd alcoholic beverages district of the county. (c) In the 22nd alcoholic beverages district of the county only, for a holder of a Class D license the hours and days for retail sales under the Class 7 micro–brewery license are those established for a Class D license in the county.
