Section 26-504 - Beer Sale on Credit to Retail Dealer Prohibited

(a) For purposes of applying § 2–314 of this article: (1) a cash deposit for a returnable container shall be required at the time of sale or delivery of beer; (2) a check accepted for payment that is not postdated and is promptly deposited for collection by the license holder is considered cash; and (3) a check that is given in payment for beer to a license holder and is returned uncollected, is prima facie evidence of a violation by the wholesaler of § 2–314 of this article.
