Section 27-1305 - Wine Tasting License

(a) There is a wine tasting (WT) license. (b) The Board may issue the license to a holder of a Class A beer and wine license or Class A beer, wine, and liquor license. (c) The license authorizes the holder to allow, for tasting, the on–premises consumption of wine that contains not more than 22% of alcohol by volume. (d) The license holder may serve: (1) not more than 2 ounces from each offering to an individual; and (2) not more than 4 ounces to an individual in a day. (e) In addition to the fee for any other license, the annual license fee is $100.
