Section 27-2002 - Beer Licenses

(a) A holder of a Class A beer license may sell beer: (1) on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to midnight; and (2) on Sunday, from 8 a.m. to midnight. (b) A holder of a Class B beer license may sell beer: (1) on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to midnight; and (2) on Sunday, from 8 a.m. to midnight. (c) A holder of a Class C beer license may sell beer: (1) on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to midnight; and (2) on Sunday, from 8 a.m. to midnight. (d) A holder of a Class D beer license may sell beer: (1) on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to midnight; and (2) on Sunday, from 8 a.m. to midnight.
