(a) There is a Class B–D beer, wine, and liquor license. (b) The Board may issue the license for use at an establishment: (1) that has facilities for preparing and serving food to the public; and (2) that derives at least 25% of the average daily gross receipts of the establishment that are from the sale of food; and (3) whose average daily gross receipts are approved by the Board. (c) The license authorizes the license holder to sell at retail at the place described in the license: (1) beer, wine, and liquor for on–premises consumption; and (2) beer for off–premises consumption. (d) A holder of a Class B beer, wine, and liquor license may convert the license to a Class B–D license. (e) The license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor during the hours and days as set out under § 27–2004(c) of this title. (f) The annual license fee is $1,800.
