Section 28-1310 - Fee

The license fees under this part are: (1) for a Class C per diem beer license, $10 per period for which the license is issued; (2) for a Class C per diem beer and wine license, $10 per day; and (3) for a Class C per diem beer, wine, and liquor license, $10 per day.
