Section 28-2704 - On-Premises Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages Not Purchased From License Holder -- Exception

Sections 6–308 and 6–319 of this article do not apply to: (1) a Class C beer license, beer and wine license, or beer, wine, and liquor license issued to a bona fide religious, fraternal, civic, veterans’, hospital, or charitable organization; or (2) a license issued to an outdoor motor sports facility that is located in Mechanicsville or Budds Creek.
