Section 28-2705 - Gifts to Board Member or Board Employee Prohibited

(a) A person engaged in the manufacture or sale of alcoholic beverages, an agent or employee of the person, or a license holder may not, directly or indirectly, offer or make a payment or gift to: (1) a member of the Board; (2) an employee of the Board; or (3) a person acting on behalf of a member or an employee of the Board.
