Section 28-403 - Distillery On-Site Consumption Permit to Class I Distillery License Holder -- Application -- Annual Fee

(a) The Board may grant an on–site consumption permit for use at the location of the Class 1 distillery license to a holder of a Class 1 distillery license in the county. (b) An application for a permit shall be made at least 30 days before the day when the permit is to take effect. (c) The annual permit fee is $650.
