Section 29-2003 - Beer and Wine Licenses

(a) (1) A holder of a Class A beer and wine license may sell beer and wine: (i) on Monday, from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and (ii) on Tuesday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day. (2) A holder of a 7–day Class A beer and wine license may sell beer and wine on Sunday, from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.
