Section 32-1005 - Class B Youth and Civic Center License

(a) There is a Class B Youth and Civic Center license. (b) (1) The Board may issue a license to a designee of the County Executive for use at the Wicomico Youth and Civic Center. (2) During the term of the license, the Wicomico Youth and Civic Center shall maintain: (i) a kitchen; (ii) dining space; and (iii) meeting space. (c) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor for on–premises consumption to individuals attending a youth and civic center event. (d) The license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor during the hours and days as set out for a Class B beer, wine, and liquor license under § 32–2005 of this title. (e) The license holder may: (1) authorize a vendor to sell alcoholic beverages for on–premises consumption under the license that the manager of the youth and civic center is issued; and (2) contract to receive part of the revenue derived from the vendor’s sale of alcoholic beverages. (f) The annual license fee is $1,500.
