Maryland Legal Code
(a) The Board may issue a Class C multiple event beer license, beer and wine license, or beer, wine, and liquor license. (b) The license entitles the license holder to exercise any privilege conferred by the license at an entertainment event held by a fire department. (c) (1) The license application shall be in the form that the Board provides. (2) The applicant shall sign the form. (d) A license holder: (1) may use only one multiple event license in a license year; and (2) may not use the license for more than 40 days in a calendar year. (e) The license holder shall notify the Board in writing at least 7 days before each day that the license is to be used. (f) A fire department is not prevented from obtaining a Class C per diem license under § 4–1202 of this article. (g) The annual fee for a license is: (1) $400 for not more than 10 days; (2) $800 for at least 11 but not more than 20 days; (3) $1,000 for at least 21 but not more than 30 days; and (4) $1,100 for at least 31 but not more than 40 days.
