Section 32-1404 - Statements Required in Application

An applicant shall include a statement in the application that: (1) the applicant consents to an investigation by the Board of the applicant’s criminal record; and (2) (i) the applicant is at least 21 years old; or (ii) if there is more than one applicant, at least one of the applicants is at least 21 years old.
