Section 32-1407 - Application Fee

(a) In addition to any other fee required for a license, an application fee of $75 shall be charged for an application for a new license, made payable to the county collecting agent. (b) The application fee is nonrefundable whether the license is issued or denied. (c) The application fee does not apply to the renewal or transfer of a license for the same premises.
