(a) (1) The Liquor Control Board shall: (i) keep accurate records of: 1. all purchases of alcoholic beverages; and 2. a complete statement of the business conducted by the Liquor Control Board and the operational achievements of the dispensary system; and (ii) submit annual and monthly reports to the County Council. (2) The records shall be open to inspection by the Comptroller or the Executive Director during regular business hours. (b) The Liquor Control Board shall publish an annual report submitted to the county on June 30 of each year in a newspaper of frequent and general circulation that is published in the county.
