Section 33-1504 - Incomplete or Remodeled Building

(a) If an applicant applies for a license to sell alcoholic beverages in a building that is incomplete, or in a building or portion of a building that is to be remodeled or renovated, the Board may give tentative approval of the application on the basis of the building plans and specifications that accompany the application. (b) The Board may give final approval of the license application for which it had given tentative approval on completion of the construction or the remolding or renovation of the building in accordance with the building plans submitted by the applicant.
