Section 33-1904 - Retail Delivery

(a) Except for events catered by a holder of a caterer’s license, a holder of a retail license issued by the Board may not deliver alcoholic beverages outside of the licensed premises. (b) A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 1 year or a fine not exceeding $200 or both.
