Section 33-2002 - Sales of Alcoholic Beverages

(a) A holder of a retail alcoholic beverages license may sell or provide alcoholic beverages or allow alcoholic beverages to be consumed on the licensed premises only in accordance with this subtitle. (b) Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, alcoholic beverages may not be sold on Monday through Sunday, from 2 a.m. to 9 a.m.
