Section 9-1004 - Volunteer Company License

(a) There is a Class C (volunteer company) beer, wine, and liquor license. (b) The Board may issue the license for use by: (1) a volunteer fire company; (2) a volunteer ambulance company; or (3) a combined volunteer fire and ambulance company.
