Section 9-1606 - Street Frontage and Unobstructed View

(a) Except for a club, hotel, or motel, the Board may not issue a license for an establishment that does not front on a public street. (b) A blind or an obstruction may not prevent an individual passing along the street from having a full view of the licensed premises.
