Section 9-1903 - Underage Individuals at Functions Held on Class C or Class D Licensed Premises

(a) Subject to subsections (b) and (c) of this section, a Class C or Class D license holder may allow individuals under the age of 21 years on the premises to hold or attend a dance or other function at which individuals under the age of 21 years may be present. (b) Alcoholic beverages may not be sold at the function or be present in the room where the function is held. (c) The sponsor of the function shall provide adult supervision.
