Section 9-2001 - Hours When Consuming Alcoholic Beverages Is Prohibited

(a) (1) Unless otherwise provided under this title, from 1 a.m. to 7 a.m. on Monday through Saturday and after 1 a.m. on Sunday, an individual may not consume alcoholic beverages in a premises licensed under this title. (2) An owner, operator, or manager of a premises licensed under this title may not allow the consumption of alcoholic beverages that is prohibited under paragraph (1) of this subsection. (b) A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $500 for each offense.
