Section 9-502 - Hours and Days of Sale or Delivery

(a) Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section and § 9–503 of this subtitle, a holder of a wholesaler’s license may sell or deliver alcoholic beverages to a holder of a retail license from 6 a.m. to midnight on every day except Sunday. (b) A holder of a beer wholesaler’s license may deliver draft beer to a holder of a retail license on Sunday.
