Section 9-804 - Class C Beer and Light Wine License

(a) There is a Class C beer and light wine license. (b) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer and light wine to a member of a club and a guest of the member, at retail, at the place described in the license, for on– and off–premises consumption. (c) The annual license fee is $150.
