(a) For purposes of subsection (b) of this section, the Department of the Environment shall prepare copies of the State regulations that govern the disposal of waste from vessels in the Chesapeake Bay. (b) Whenever a licensed pilot boards a vessel to provide pilotage, the licensed pilot shall present to the master of the vessel a copy of the State regulations that govern the disposal of waste from vessels in the Chesapeake Bay.
