(a) The Board may use a testing service to administer an examination given under this subtitle. (b) If the Board uses a testing service, the testing service, subject to the requirements set by the Board, may: (1) set the time and place of examinations; (2) give qualified applicants notice of the time and place of examinations; and (3) furnish any other information that the Board may require the testing service to provide. (c) An examination shall be given at least once per year in Baltimore City.
