(a) A person who is engaged in the business of providing propane gas services under § 12-401(b) of this title shall meet the insurance requirements set forth in § 12-501 of this title. (b) A person who holds a master natural gas fitters license and provides natural gas services under § 12-401(c) of this title shall meet the insurance requirements set forth in § 12-501 of this title.
