Section 13-302 - Qualifications of Applicants

(a) To qualify for a license, an applicant shall meet the requirements of this section. (b) If the applicant is a firm, the firm shall appoint a firm member as the representative member to make the application on behalf of the firm. (c) (1) If the applicant is an individual, the applicant shall be of good character and reputation. (2) If the applicant is a firm, each firm member shall be of good character and reputation.
