(a) A majority of the authorized membership of the Board is a quorum. (b) (1) The Board shall meet at least twice a year, at the times and places that the Board determines. (2) The Board may hold special meetings as provided in its bylaws. (3) Notice of meetings of the Board shall be given as required in its bylaws. (c) A member of the Board: (1) may not receive compensation; but (2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget. (d) The Board may employ a staff in accordance with the State budget.
