(a) On and after July 1, 1990, the Board may not issue a license to practice property line surveying. (b) Notwithstanding subsection (a) of this section, an individual who is licensed as a property line surveyor as of June 30, 1990, may continue to renew the license as provided under § 15-314 of this subtitle.
