(a) To qualify for a license, an applicant shall be an individual who meets the requirements of this section. (b) The applicant shall be of good character and reputation. (c) An applicant for a license to practice land surveying shall meet the educational and experience requirements under § 15-305 of this subtitle. (d) Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, an applicant shall pass each examination required under this subtitle.
