Section 15-407 - Notice of Change or Occurrence Required

Within 1 month after the effective date of the change or occurrence, a permit holder shall notify the Board in writing if there has been a change in: (1) the identity of the person in responsible charge of land surveying or property line surveying services performed or offered to be performed through the corporation, partnership, or limited liability company; or (2) the name of the corporation, partnership, or limited liability company.
