An individual whose license has been suspended or revoked under § 15-317 of this title may not practice land surveying or property line surveying in any manner as: (1) an associate, agent, employee, or other subordinate of a professional land surveyor or licensed property line surveyor; or (2) a principal, associate, agent, employee, or other subordinate of a corporation, partnership, or limited liability company that provides land surveying or property line surveying services.
