(a) The Commission shall establish a Home Inspector Hearing Board. (b) (1) The Hearing Board shall consist of 3 members of the Commission, appointed by the Commission. (2) Of the 3 positions on the Home Inspector Hearing Board: (i) 2 shall be licensed home inspectors; and (ii) 1 shall be a consumer member. (c) From among the members of the Hearing Board, the Commission shall designate a chairman.
