(a) The Commission shall keep an indexed record of: (1) each application for licensure or certification; (2) each issuance of a license or certificate; (3) each reprimand of a licensed real estate appraiser or certified real estate appraiser or licensed home inspector; and (4) each suspension or revocation of a licensed real estate appraiser or certified real estate appraiser or licensed home inspector. (b) The Commission shall make available to the public: (1) the record during business hours; and (2) on request, a copy of the record at a reasonable price that the Commission sets.
