(a) The Commission shall issue at least annually a roster that shows: (1) the name of each licensed real estate appraiser trainee, licensed real estate appraiser, certified real estate appraiser, and licensed home inspector; and (2) the name and place of business of each licensed real estate appraiser, certified real estate appraiser, and licensed home inspector. (b) On request, the Commission shall make available to the public a copy of the roster at a reasonable price that the Commission sets.
