In addition to any powers set forth elsewhere, the Commission may: (1) sponsor research and other educational activities about real estate appraising or home inspecting; (2) adopt any regulation to carry out the provisions of this title; (3) review and approve any on-site training programs, including programs that have been approved by national home inspection organizations; (4) keep a record of its proceedings; and (5) adopt an official seal to authenticate its proceedings, official records, licenses, and certificates.
