(a) The Commission shall issue a unique registration number to each appraisal management company that is registered in this State. (b) The Commission shall publish annually a list of appraisal management companies. (c) An appraisal management company shall disclose the company’s registration number on any instrument utilized by the appraisal management company to procure appraisal services in this State.
