(a) On compliance by the applicant with the procedures under § 17-307 of this subtitle, the Commission shall grant an appropriate license to each applicant who meets the requirements under this subtitle for that license. (b) The Commission shall issue an appropriate license certificate and pocket card to each applicant who has been granted a license under this section. (c) (1) Subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, the Commission shall determine the size, form, and content of any license certificate or pocket card that the Commission issues. (2) On each license certificate that the Commission issues to an associate real estate broker or real estate salesperson, the Commission shall include the name of the firm of the licensed real estate broker for whom the associate real estate broker or real estate salesperson is licensed to provide real estate brokerage services.
